These come straight from the state's public inspection records, so an inspection shows here only after the state posts it. A violation count is not a verdict: many inspections find small things. The records give the number of violations at each priority level and the numbers of the violations cited, but not their wording, so that is all we can show. Priority levels are the state's: high priority items are the ones most likely to cause food-borne illness.
“Still need follow-up”: their latest inspection ended in a warning, a pending deadline, or a recommendation for enforcement. “Enforcement”: the inspector recommended an administrative complaint or an emergency order.
