About Keep Watch

Keep Watch is an independent local-information app for Florida's Gulf Coast towns. It puts a town's public record in one place and explains it in plain English: local government meetings, development plans, home sales, restaurant inspections and local news, plus places to go.

Today it covers Freeport, FL and Santa Rosa Beach, FL, with a separate page for Walton County government.

We use official public records: government agendas and minutes, property and sale records, state license and inspection files, and public data from federal agencies. We also use a few market and listing services, credited where they appear. Every page names its sources and links to the original documents.

Summaries are written with AI and can contain mistakes, so check the original before relying on one.

Keep Watch is not a government site. It is not affiliated with any city, county or agency, or with any other app or company of a similar name.
