Board authorized the Chair to send opposition letters to Governor Ivey and the State Oil and Gas Board of Alabama concerning a proposed Class 6 CO2 carbon recovery and storage well and pipeline project in Covington County, Alabama. Motion was amended to include submitting the letter to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and Region 4 for Underground Inspection Control (UIC).
