Technical Review Committee
The Walton County Technical Review Committee met on July 15, 2026, to review and act on various development and land-use applications. The committee approved several minor development orders for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, continued review of two mixed-use and RV park applications to its August meeting, and approved a road-abandonment request. Projects approved included a water storage tank facility, park improvements, two warehouse developments, a Dollar General store, six residential units in an existing subdivision, and another warehouse facility.
